Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with VERA. This policy explains how refunds work for each way you can buy it. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day refund on new subscriptions

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription, or within 14 days of a renewal payment, as long as you contact us within those 14 days. After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

2. Free trials

Developer plans with a free trial are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

3. VERA for developers (VERA Code, VERA CLI, the editor panel)

Developer plans (VERA Code Pro, VERA Code Flow and VERA Code Teams) are billed by VERANeural through Stripe. To ask for a refund, email support@veraneural.com from the email address you subscribed with.

4. VERA Pro on the web

VERA Pro bought on app.veraneural.ai is billed by VERANeural through Stripe. To ask for a refund, email support@veraneural.com from the email address on your account.

5. VERA Pro in the iPhone or Android app

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. Request them from Apple or Google directly.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel any subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period; ask for a refund under section 1 if you are within 14 days.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Access to paid features ends when the refund is made.
